Terms of Use

These general Terms and Conditions of sale and use (hereinafter “T&C”) apply to the use of the CAHEM website (the “Site”) as well as to any order placed from the Site.

Sales offers as well as sales from the Site are made by: CAHEM or its franchises.

The buyer declares to have read these T&C before using the Site and to have accepted them by checking the checkbox before confirming any order placed on the Site.

These T&C include the internal rules (refer to our internal rules section) applicable during virtual reality experiences reserved from the Site (hereinafter the “Experience”), applied undistinguished to the buyer acting as simple spectator or accompanying person during the Experience.

To proceed a ticket purchase on the Site to participate in an Experience, the buyer must select the date of the Experience, the number of players and any options to add to their basket. The buyer can delete or modify the choice beforme confirming the order.

The buyer can also choose to purchase vouchers on the Site to book a ticket for an Experience on a specific date. Vouchers are available for sale on the Site and are valid for twelve (12) months form the date of purchase.

Before validating order, the buyer must complete a form at the time of his order and undertakes to provide true informations marked as “mandatory”. After validation of the order, that one will be considered as definitive and the buyer will proceed to payment.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of his order and to immediately report any errors to CAHEM. As such and before confirming his order, the buyer can review his order, then must check the total price of his order and other information provided by him and, if necessary, correct any input error. .

CAHEM can cancel or refuse any order from any buyer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Ticket prices are indicated in euros all taxes included. CAHEM reserves the right to correct pricing errors that may occur inadvertently.

In case of error on the displayed price, CAHEM will inform the buyer by e-mail at the email adress provided and will allow him to proceed the order with the corrected price or to cancel his order free of charge. In the absence of reply from five (5) days of this information by CAHEM, the order will be automatically canceled.

The payment will be proceeded by credit card Visa or MasterCard, with a previously ordered voucher, or all other means of payment specified on the Site when ordering online.

Payment data are encrypted using the protocol defined by the approved payment provider involved in banking transactions carried out on the Site.

Payment is considered as completed only after actual receipt of the sums by CAHEM.

Tickets reserved from the Site cannot be canceled by the buyer or be refunded.

Tickets reserved from the Site can be changed to participate in the same Experience on a different date or time slot up to 48 hours before the time of the Experience initially reserved and subject to availability of other sessions. Ticket change requests should be addressed to the customer service at the location where the Experience was booked, the contact details of which are provided in the “Contact us” section of the Site.

Tickets purchased on the Site are strictly personal and may not be subject to resale.

Assuming that an Experience is canceled by CAHEM for reasons beyond its control, the buyer will have the right to claim a refund or change his reserved ticket by contacting the customer service whose contact details are indicated in the T&C. In such a situation, CAHEM will also make its best efforts to notify the buyer in advance by inviting them to contact customer service to find a solution.

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets sold by CAHEM on its Site in so far as these relate to a provision of leisure activities on a specific date period.

Regarding the purchase of gift vouchers on the Site, the buyer has a period of 14 days from the validation of his order to apply his right of retractation from CAHEM, without having to justify any reasons or to pay penalty.

To apply his right of retractation from the Order, the Customer must notify his decision to retractation by means of an unambiguous statement, without justifying reasons. The Customer may communicate his retractation decision to CAHEM by any means, in particular by sending it by email to the address of the center from which the voucher was ordered.

In the event of notification to CAHEM by the Customer of his decision to retract, regardless of the means employed, CAHEM will immediately send him an acknowledgment of receipt of the retractation on a durable medium (in particular by email).

In the event of the Customer’s retractation, the reimbursement of the product which has been the subject of the right of retract is made by CAHEM by the same means of payment as that used for the initial payment, unless if the Customer expressly ask on a different means. The refund is made as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the day CAHEM is informed of the customer’s decision to retract his order.

Buyers and users personnal datas are processed in accordance with the terms of CAHEM’s privacy policy.

The purposes, recipients and conditions under which CAHEM collects and processes the personal data of its customers as well as the rights recognized with regard to this processing of personal data are described in the confidentiality policy.

These T & C and the transactions resulting therefrom are ruled and subject to French law.

This clause does not deprive customers acting as consumers of benefiting from the legal provisions applicable in accordance with their place of residence.

For any complaint relating to an order on the Site, the buyer is invited to contact CAHEM customer service as a priority. The contact details of parks are provided on each reservation page.

In the event of a dispute that may occur during the interpretation and / or execution of these T & Cs, the buyer may decide to resort to conventional consumer mediation, with the mediator. appointed by CAHEM: the Tourism and Travel mediator, whose contact details and referral procedures are available on its site.

The European Commission also provides consumers with an online dispute resolution platform accessible at the following address: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

If this mediation procedure fails or if the Client wishes to seize a court, the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure will apply.

For players safety, the Experience is not suitable for:

– people with high blood pressure, heart problems, back pain or neck pain, epilepsy or any other type of medical problem that affects the senses of smell, vision or hearing; – the elderlies ;
– blind or visually impaired people;
– people with sensitivities to smells, loud noises or flashing lights;
– pregnant women ;
– people under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants substance;
– people subject to motion sickness ;
